The UAE has entered a new era of travel with the launch of Etihad Rail passenger services from Dubai, connecting Dubai and Abu Dhabi by train from 30 September 2026.
Passengers can now travel from Al Yalayis Station in Dubai, near Jumeirah Golf Estates, directly to Mohamed Bin Zayed City Station in Abu Dhabi, with the journey taking around one hour.
